Each of the kids got a kids meal which came with a $10 arcade card, the adults ordered burgers, nachos, and chicken Alfredo. The food was great, I didn’t have high expectations for the food. Our buzzer went off and we headed to the bowling area. The kids enjoyed the games and bumper cars. There was a 1 hr 20 min wait for bowling so we got on the wait list and headed for the arcade. When we walked in what appeared to be the main entrance (not sure if there is another entrance) but it was a bit unclear as to where to go. The complex is very nice they have an arcade, bumper cars, laser tag, and bowling. We had 5 children in our party ranging from 4-13 with us. I went to Stars and Strikes with a group of 10 family members. Could not tell you how this location is still open but I do not see it being open for much longer with the way it is ran. He proceeds to get in my face and tells me because the store is closed he does not owe me any information. After another 15 minutes passes he comes over and I request a corporate phone number for Stars and Strikes. This is so ridiculous that I request to speak to the general manager one more time to get a corporate phone number. Finally, 12:10am, the store is closed I finally get my receipt. The server comes over after 30 minutes and I pay for everything I have ordered and requested a receipt at 11:28pm. Well he proceeds to be rude and short with me slurring his words and finally I convince him to get me a server so I can go ahead and take care of my bill. I ask the man who claimed to be the general manager where these drinks came from and tell him they are not mine and I do not want to pay for them. Then random drinks start showing up to my table. It took almost another whole hour for them to go get my drink made. They take your order and back over to the girls they go.

Finally they come over after waving them down three times. Well the servers there are too busy trying to talk to the group of girls next to you. Not to receive it, but just to get someone to take your order. My experience with Stars and Strikes was absolutely nasty seating area (no cleaning was done until close).
